People like to have fun. They also like to know that they can make a real difference in their community. That’s where Suncoast Charities for Children comes in.
The primary source of revenue for our mission comes from various local festivals and events held throughout the year. Each one provides plenty of opportunities for fun with a focus on giving back. A special “thank you” goes out to all of our generous sponsors, donors and event attendees. With your help, children, teens and adults with special needs in our community have access to the resources, support and services they deserve to live fuller, happier lives.

Rev the engines and raise those funds! This iconic Festival features a Sporting Clay Tournament, “Rocks The Runway” Fashion Show, “Taste of Thunder” and a three-day Festival at the Sarasota Fairgrounds featuring continuous live music, over 100 vendors, a 17-class bike show, motorcycle charity ride, on-site camping, and much more for the entire family to enjoy! It is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Suncoast Charities for Children. Over the past 24 years, the Festival has raised over $2.3 Million for charity. Suncoast Summer Fest offers a series of special event fundraisers throughout the Summer season. Events include a Golf Classic, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, July 4th Bayfront Fireworks, “Waves & Wheels” Party, Boat Fun Run, and much more! For more information visit: SUNCOASTSUMMERFEST.ORG
